All-Inclusive Package Pricing
Rates include use of barn Tuesday through Saturday, banquet and farm tables, Chiavari chairs, redecorated bridal suite, ceremony chairs, ceremony backdrops and portable bar (if needed for larger weddings). Additional items such as sound system, power for outside ceremony, ice package and extra time for reception can be rented. If we are able to successfully book a Friday wedding with your permission, or if a Friday is already booked, we will allow a $1,000 credit on your account for a Saturday Wedding.
Sunday Weddings are $4,900
Friday Weddings are $5,500
Weddings prior to May 1st and after October 31st will receive an additional $250 discount from your wedding venue rate.
All rates include a Friedman Farm representative who will be on site for the entire event and a Friedman Farm representative will be on site to direct parking.
Rates also include initial showing of the facility and any showings thereafter and general consultation. Use of surrounding 145 acres is also included. You are welcome to visit the site for planning purposes with prior notice.

Please see Barn Rental Contract (download below) for details on insurance. You will need a certificate of insurance naming Robert C. Friedman and Friedman Farms as an additional insured for liability coverage of $500,000 or greater including the serving of alcohol. Visit www.wedsafe.com for information on wedding insurance and to purchase a policy or check with your insurance company about hosting insurance.
