Payment for equipment rentals will be invoiced after event. It is the responsibility of the renter to fold and stack chairs and tables within two days after event.
Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter during the duration of barn rental.
Replacement charges will incur if any equipment is damaged due to negligence, abuse, loss, misuse, or overload. These charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
