The barn is rented on a weekly basis. There is no discount if you do not utilize the barn the entire week. We host only one wedding per week – yours. This is due to the time it takes some couples to set up and break down (rentals, caterer, florist, decorating etc). The rate for the week is $3,850. Use of deck is additional $400.00. The rate for the chapel is an additional $300 for the day. Rates includes your initial showing of the facility, any showings thereafter and general consultation. Surrounding property is included. You are free to visit the site for planning purposes at any time with advance notice.
